It was a pain in the @#$@@^*O! To build mine. Actually the hardest part was getting the heat and air controls set at the right angle.

repainted with rustoleum kahki

I think the rustoleum looks ALOT better than the krylo... at least its all the same color :smack:
when I painted it with krylon, it was 5 different shades! My color blind father in law could see the difference

Due to some medical bills, I am trying to sell one of my 4wheelers to finish my truck. Both are Honda Rancher 420ES 4x4. Both have a Warn winch. 1 has ITP tires and wheels.

Thanks, GMACK

fortunately I have another transmission, so I will be spending a few vacation days under his truck. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYY    NOT!!

Hopefully I can back to work on my truck in the next few weeks.

ordered this today.. it will give me something to do on my truck next weekend.

The transmission swap on the sons truck went real smooth..... having the use of my stepfather's lift was a real time and BACK saver.

I will try to take some pictures of the "air box" snorkel build.. I built something similar on a SAMMY I had.  I cut a hole (the same shape as the Weber base) in the lid of a Christmas cookie tin. I mounted the lid between the carb and the Weber breather. Next I cut a hole in the side of the can (of the cookie tin) for the air tube. On the Sammy i ran the tube through the fire wall. I'm going to build a tube snorkel for the truck..

I ordered the suspension today, going cheap.  3 inch tuff country. I also found some used (very few miles) 12.5X35 LTB's for $800.  Just waiting to buy the DIFFs.     seems like it is taking FOREVER

Thanks, I did it on a Sammy I had, worked real good. It's easy with a Weber carb. Bolt the lid between the carb & filter.
