More 3rz swap questions.
« on: Dec 29, 2008, 06:49:52 PM »
I am in the process of swapping a 2002 3rz into my 87 pickup to replace the 22rte. But the 3rz had a auto behind it originally. I am qurious what and how everyone is deleting the wires for the auto? I would prefer not to just bundle them up and zip tie them if i dont have to. I would like to eliminate any unneeded wires to keep things clean. And if it matters i will be using a Offroad Solutions harness. Thanks

Well... I've got an 85' 4Runner that had an auto before I yanked all my stock junk out for my 3RZ swap. I'm still in the process of doing my swap so nothing is set in stone just yet. But there's not that much wiring for the auto, so I'm just gonna stuff it behind the radio wiring and what not. You'll never see it, plus you don't have a butchered ass dash harness.
