the chevy springs flex bad ass in the front the problem is the apprach angle is killed by the fact that the spring has a centered pin. so u have like 31.5 inches of spring in front of the axle.

coilovers ill give you as much lift as you want depending how you mount them. also isnt 10 inches of lift a lil tall for 38s i mean i have 4 inches of lift and 40s

with a 6" lift and coilover you can easily fit 38s especially swampers since they only measure out to like 35"  chevy springs would be retarded even more since you want your truck to look nice, it would make you yourself look like a dumbass to anyone that knows jack :pokinit:

you would not be able to fit a 38 on the truck without trimming the fenders, unless you only hit the pavement and never let the tire move up and down.  i think that he is talking about coilovers with the IFS

They don't make an Irok in the 46" flavor , you mean 46" Baja Claws  :therethere:

use a 2in drop hanger, the toyota springs, run a 6in shackle, some 5175 Bilsteins and call it good. you can easily run 38s without a problem.
10in of lift.... you will need some very stiff shocks and sway bars to keep that thing from wanting to roll on corners.

with links its totally doable, stuffing a tire is a whole different story when your axle doesnt shift 10" back with flex

well a 3 link with coilovers is ideal for ride and tuneablility but will cost quite a bit more than just a standard sas with leafs.  for leafs id run some rancho 44044s or marlin or trailgear springs

also move the front end a lil bit forward when do it. it will allow the front truck to be lower and not rub so bad
