regearing help!

ok so im tearing apart my third member and on the ring gear bolts there is metal spacers with little prongs that come up next to the bolt heads..... am i suppose to just bend these back to get to the bolt or is there another trick to removing these? this is my first regear on a toyota jeep axles dont have these!!!!!

also am i suppose to reuse them

any help would be great thanks :turtle:

Bend them straight to get the bolts out.  Clean the bolt threads of all the oil etc and use red loctite and the factory metal tabs when you put it back together.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??
