Pretty much any 4 cyl case will bolt right behind that trans.  79-83 will bolt right up but the shifter for the t-case will be on the case.  any case from 86+ will bolt right up as you have a forward shift with a W-56.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

Where are you located? I have several transfer cases, both styles too. I am in Spokane, Wa.

Jeff,

What other parts do you have?  Looking for a W56 trans and top shift case combo.  I'm in Moses Lake.

I have a tranny out of an 88 efi 4runner. It was making some noise in 5th gear so I swapped it out and was going to rebuild it when I have time. I have ALOT of parts though.
