need help identifying and then obtaining the seat parts needed to get this seat operational ASAP....

i beleive there is a bar that runs across the bottom? also i remember some type of cable? there is no trim or plastic levers either (but i may have some) just need to know what they look like, i have the left side rail cover, but the right side is broken, so i need that too

does anyone have the parts i need? all i need is the parts, i know its at least missing something..... there is a cable i removed that was really shredded.....
