I had a twin stick on the rear case and the single stick on the crawl box. Now all 3 sticks are on the crawl box via linkage from the rear case. This frees up the space so I can have a center consual/ arm rest again.

Lookin good! How do you like the triple sticks so far? do they seal up properly? I would really like to get one of those setups for the same reason, sucks not having center console space!

Today was my longest drive with it so far and I am hearing some things that are making me  :headscratch:
It might or might not be the T-case/ crawl box I have to look into it. I know I need to adjust the links a little. So far I like it. I made sure to use alot of RTV when installing them so I dont think there was a problem sealing. I'll know in a day or so when I pull off the tranny cover and take a look at a few things.

See what happened was..... Yesterday on my way back from Houston I noticed something off, a vibration and rattle from my under carrige. I made note of it and went to bed. On my way to work this morning I looked into it closely and I found that the U-joint at the rear of my rear drive shaft was toast! I spent what little time I had this afternoon changing it out.

I learned a big lesson from all of this....
-Drive shaft 101: I learned to make sure to align or key the drive shaft when re installing it. Apparently when I removed my drive shaft to install my transfer case I re-installed it out of alignment. Make sure you install the drive shaft straight  :smack:

I am going to do my best to get some shots of the triple stick linkage before Saturday. If I dont have them by then you will all just have to wait for 2 more weeks while I go back to cali for vacation.

That is almost exactly what I have. Mine is just slightly different sinc I have a rotated adapter. The main difference is the linkage is at a angle but other then that its identical.

I got some more small things done lately. Aux fuse box installed in the engine bay. Wired up 6 led rock lights. New seats and 12 volt guy switch panel for in cab winch and aux lights. Like usual I forgot to bust out the camera during the work. I took 3 pics at night of the new rock lights, but with my flash you cant see anything. I'll get back out tomorrow or Friday and get some new pics.

I have to thank Volcom, I used the same plastic box from Radio shack that he used on his build. Thanks

some of the changes to the interior

You can see the new electrical work

Im guessing a smaller wooden pallet. Can never have enough small wood pallets around the garage.
If you see it, its for sale.
