sounds good to me.... mapquest is always dumb.... so its usually quicker then it says.... depending on the route you take.
so looks like before noon ill be ridin thru portland... ill be stopping a few times im sure... to met up with others... so noon is a good estimate.

before i leave... like the day or two before... id like to have the set schedule of which stops ill be making and when and where.
so if you'd like an update of where i am on the road... just gimme your phone number and ill call or text you.

You can't get to loon that way :gap:

Yes you can, thats how I alwas go there...

Hwy 80 to aubrn, take hwy 49 exit to cool, cool to georgetown on hwy 193 and georgetown all the way to ice house to loon...

It may not be as fast though coming from sac, but me coming from chico, its a whole LOT faster. Itd be a lot faster for someone coming from up north down to the rubicon...

BUT

It may be hard for anyone that has never taken that way.

I dont know why im posting on here since it doesnt apply to me, I was just throwin out what i know.
RIP Kyota.... you are the man

GET IT!!!

 forgot about that way.  Of course, I've never taken it, so that might be why :gap:

Good call...

It is at least 30 minutes faster going that way vs going all thru sac down sierra college or something.

Thinkin about it, its pretty idiot proof on getting there that way. when the time comes if you want to go that way let me know and ill give you directions to get there. Since youre going all the way down 5 and not cutting across to hwy 70 or anything, it may not be faster.

Ill hit you up for sure, ill time it out.... if someone can time it out for me before hand... so i can get the differences. that would be awesome too.
