22RE Valve adjustment

Anyone wanna give me a step by step instruction on how to adjust the valves for a 22re. (EFI) I have no Idea on how to do this so plz go in depth. thanks a bunch!!!

hey i adjusted my valves today. thanks for that diagram it help me out. i had no idea how to do it but that link you sent me was perfect!
