i have a 90 console that used to have a heater, but ive never seen a 84-88 heater console.
the heater in my 90 4runner console didnt come out nice, so i forced it out, and threw the heater core away. but i still have the console with the shifter base.

oh ok. yeah my sister has an 89 with a heater in it and 84's had them cause the one i bought had the piping and stuff underneath for it. do you have the switches?

I threw away the heater part cause nobody wanted it at the time. 

I still have the switches for the rear window.

Oh wow - I NEED NEED NEED that center part with the shifter covers.  Mine's in like 7-8 pieces.  How much?

P.S. I have an 87 with the rear heater.  It was an add-on option on the SR5s, so it isn't very common.  My son is a happy camper in winter thanks to it.

Ummm, I don't know.  I realize it's just a piece of plastic, but they are often broken and I'd expect it might be hard to find a nice one.  $40 shipped?

I checked.  I have an 87 with the heater and that just won't work at all - it's one massive piece.
