got a 3rd gen, 89 pickup, has a 22re, w56,and a single tcase Im gonna say I need something AT LEAST 3" longer then stock.....probably around 4 or 5 inches longer?  8" splines? cheaper the better, but needs to be balanced....do alot of faster trails between crawls....keeping hubs locked in.....

28"  tcase nut to pinion nut   resting on flat ground....not ALOT of travel....stiff skyjacker springs......  and an almost 90* shackle angle

Sand, what fun, drop pressure to 12psi, stock tires are still digging, can't afford to get stuck, 8psi, still not working. Find a place to GET OUT, air up, un-lock hubs,  WAIT whats this, hubs are UN-LOCKED already. 2wd, 8psi, stock tires, Oregon sand dunes.

Why not build your own square shaft :dunno:
RIP KYOTA

You can go through life being scared of the possible, or you can have a little fun and tease the inevitable.

Give a man venison, he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to hunt Blacktail, he'll be frustrated for life!

BALANCED ???  I would say right now....about 75% of the trucks driving will be with the hubs locked in....and, of that total mileage, about 75% will be going above 45MPH.....with 5.29s and 35s.....so really fast d-shaft speeds.... and speeds UP TO 60MPH
