there are two torx screws(covered with plastic caps) below the upper pad, positioned at 9 and 3 o'clock(i suppose), both of them won't be removed/fall off completely, after removing it, there is a wire connecting the pad to the spiral cable that i needed.

NOTE: be careful in handling srs airbags, although i did it myself on mine without any background on handling them.

thanks for the time that you will make

ted

I have the battery unplugged, is there still a chance it'll go off?

hi kdnate,

have you taken out this on your T100? the clockspring.

I understand that you have a brother that works in a toyota parts dealer, will he know if they (clockspring) are interchangeable with 4runners?

thanks
ted

Would you be able to pick up, or have somebody pick them up?  I know you're not terribly far down, but shipping would be monstrous with the size!

Got it off tonight.  Those torx screws were not where I expected them to be!  I'll snap some pics after I get some eats probably, then I'll post them here.  What is this thing worth anyway?

Hi Kdnate,

that is definitely "looked" like what I need, I really appreciate the effort. Please hold on to it for a while, I will have to make it sure if they will match with 3rd gen 4runners/ surf...

btw, on your T100 photobucket, on a picture that shows the "kneepanel" under the dash, is that an AC vent on the lower portion of it?
