alright I had another guy tell me it would work. I know there is a deck height change I think in 85, and I think the exhaust manifold has a different bolt pattern, but what is the diff on the intake side. If I thought it would work Id take it.   :dunno:

Good question, but I'm not totally sure.  I've heard it'll work, and I've heard it won't, so I'd rather say it won't than have somebody pissed at me for mis-informing them.  I think it's a matter of water ports not matching up.  I have an early head out there and can check it out tomorrow or this weekend and see what the diff is.  I think the intake plenum is the same as the early celica efi, so you may be able to get just the first half of the intake plenum off an 83/84 efi celica and attach this to it and go.
