For those of you whom have never been on Roger Brown's web page you should check it out. He has a lot of info that is not covered on other sites. What I mean is there is a lot of info in one site, you do not have to search the web, it is here. He also sells some stuff and for you that want a body lift from what I understand his is one of the best there is.
