« on: Oct 28, 2007, 03:31:09 PM »
speaking of trying to keep trails open and clean all across america, well over here in hawaii there is a big toyota thing here and only one legal trail, that kind of sucks, the other ones are better and more fun.. so what do i have to do to make ramblin legal in hawaii in some areas,

Best way is to establish the existing roadways even if they've been closed. By doing this you will set a precedence and can then push to have the roads reopened. Goodluck as it is a hard road ahead to force any re openings of even one road. Check old maps and see if it it were an actual road at one time, this is the best way to try and get access.
