98 Taco tranny shifter

Dumb question.. but
Im putting a new clutch in my Taco and it looks like Im gonna need to pull the trans shifter to get the trans out. (driveway job) Anyhow Ive never done one of these, whats drill for  pulling the shifter?

Pull th interior, the 4 bolts to the shifter seat on the tranny
I need 1 38x12.5-15 SX half tread-ish to complete a set. Please PM me if you have one
