Hey everyone,
I'm buying my first crawling rig, just a week after being to my first event (MCR6). It's an early Toyota setup for Chevy small block. It also has full-size axles, springs etc. I'm dropping in my 350, and planning a 70064 or th400 with the NP203 and 205 dual t-cases.
My questions is: What is the best carb to use for crawling with a small block?
I have several carbs to choose from or sell if these don't work:
1. Edelbrock 1405 w/ 1406 electric choke
2. Several Holleys, can't remember model #s'
I would think that a holley would need some sort of metering plate so the fuel doesn't just dump out of the bowls. I'm not sure about the Edelbrock though.
