Topic: 3.4 questions

i was looking at a T100 and i was wondering if anyone new anything about the 3.4 v6... any common problems ?? does it blow gaskets easy like the 3.0 . would it be capable of towing my 83 to the trrails???

I havent heard abput any problems i know alot pf people do that engine switch i dont know i have the 3.0v6 and havent had any problems basically if you keep the heat down it will last along time

for perspective, I towed a 3500+ lb camp trailer behind my 22r and 39.5" IROK's. Now that's a struggle. A 3.4 would do fine.  They make more power than stock 80's chevy 350's.  Note that it wouldn't be able to do 65-70 constantly, but should do 55 pretty easy over most stuff.

it MIGHT pull it there, but i'd be more concerned about stopping. even with good trailor breaks you would be looking for trouble.
