RUSH HOUR 3...
« on: Aug 22, 2007, 10:25:20 AM »
Anyone seen it?...I went and saw it last night, pretty funny but there's a couple parts I didn't really like. They're getting too predictable,in my opinion they need to change it up a bit.I didn't like how Carter(Chris Tucker)beat up like 5 guys by himself  :shake: ,C'mon now.I love all 3 Rush Hours but I just wish there'd be a couple scenes where maybe Jackie or Chris would get their asses kicked, besides the one where they get worked by the 8 foot Chinese giant. On the otherhand, the scene where they're on the Tour keeps you on the edge of your seat for about 15 minutes  .Overall I liked the movie,I just think they're getting repetetive and wish they made it a little more real, but then again it wouldn't be Rush Hour...Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are  :dunno:

Misato gets free pre-screening passes at her work, and we went and saw it 3 days before it opened here. I loved it. RH 1 is one of my favorite movies, but unfortunately I don't remember much from RH 2. I should rent it just to see it again. I thought they did a good job with RH 3. I was busting up laughing. Chris Tucker is cool, even when he plays strange parts as in 'The 5th Element', and when he is with Jackie, its makes for good times

I was also on the edge of my seat at the tower scene at the end. I thought it finished kind of lame.

My friends have seen it and they said it feels too short. One friend said it felt like it was a 45min movie, but I enjoyed the whole movie

Really?!  I could draw a face on a cardboard box and get better acting out of it...

As for the predictability, it's hollywood, that's the name of the game!  How often do you watch tv or a movie and say "I didn't expect that" at the end?
