Will this HEIM work?
« on: Jul 19, 2007, 09:53:06 PM »
I was wondering if this heim joint would work for a 4-link set-up. I'm not sure where I got them or why, but I found them in the garage today. Here's a few pics:

Should work fine, only thing I would be concerned about would be the operating angle. Looks low.

You could alwayse have some misalignment spacers made up to help the range of motion.

www.ballisticfabrication.com should have some 1 inch missalignment spacers for a decent price.  Those should work just peachy.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

I truelly have no idea where i got them or for what reason I have them. I dk if their tractor parts or what, but as long as they're here I thought it would save me alot of cash on buying some ends. And for the Busch Mr.W it's the best there is, lol!
