Topic: marlin short throw shifter

anyone ever installed one of these on a truck that didnt have a body lift. jsut so you could have a shorter throw? is it possible? worth it?

i did, so that i could put escalade bench seats in the runner..works great, allowed me more room for seats and such

marlins short throw is for the t-case, not the 5speed, just to clarify, and it is ...li dunno....30% shorter??? ...ask big mike he knows

They make short throw tranny shift kits to dont they?

Yes we do, and no many of our short throw shifting kits are NOT on the website at this time. I am diligently working on something other than adding more projects to the website, which will be done in due time.

Yes, but you have to send them your stock shifter to be modified, and a new base is provided. I have already asked about this you can find the post in 4wd suggestions and ideas.
