when i bought the truck i was 16 and only working part time, so i couldnt do much to it very fast. i hated the way it looked, it was embarassing to drive around. i dunno why i put off painting it for so long. i never worry about what other people think about it though.

i will put up pics later today of what it looks like on the new 37 MTRs...they are SWEET! i cant wait to take them wheeling and break them in

well ive been busy for a while... i have some new stuff in the making that will be sweet.  i have removed my 2" body lift and now the front shocks will poke through the fenders and come into the engine bay, rather than be in the fender well with the tire.  soon ill take some pictures when everything is worked out.  i dont hardly have time to document any of the awesomeness that is occuring in my garage, and i also dont have a camera so that doesnt help either.
basically now i have about 3 inches of suspension lift and 37" tires with 14" bilsteins, and it uses every bit of the shock travel. the front axle is moved 7+ inches forward, im not sure how far exactly. i done did er in ma backyard. i decided to make the truck as low as possible while clearing 37 or 38 inch tires. pictures will come soon.  <-gulp

IIRC, if it is not a C.A.R.B. truck originally, it only has to meet FED requirements. therefore, no smog. :]

How do you know if the truck is exempted? im gonna do more research on CARB website, i hate gov't websites organized awfully, and maybe i can find the issue and report back.
