Thanks G-R. I'll try to get some pics in the next couple of days. The setup is not an ORS kit. Don did all the brackets and all the parts as 1 offs, Link ends are called Hyperlinks and made by my buddy Mark who owns MetalTech.

We were talking today about that. Its going to get fully caged, dimple die sections conecting the tube to the A-pillars and the whole bit, just like you would see in a Class 7 rig.
He is going to chop the frame right behind the cab, fuel cell, rack for my Powertanks and ARB fridge/freezers.

Damn thats some clean ass fab work!!!!

Yeah, Don does an awesome job, he far exceeded my expectations. He did a lot of extra work into it, that you can't really see in the pics. Like plating the frame out & inside frame rails as well as under

THK Matt

that looks really good man. i want to see some pics of it from a little further away and on all 4s

Wow man this truck has come a long ways.  Tell you buddy he did an awesome job on the link setup.  Beautiful welding and fab design.  I hope that my stuff looks that good someday.

What type of weight do you think it'll be once its all done.

I'll let Don know, everything I have ever seen him build is awesome. Way better than I could ever do.
I don't remember if he scaled it or not but, my truck is pretty heavy even with the flatbed. I think we guesstimated around 5 or so...

Hahaha When you're out on the trail 2-3 times a month for a few days at a time and on the road for months on end, every little creature comfort helps. Also helps that ARB hooks me up on pricing.

looks killer and almost exactly like what mine will be like design wise, thanks for posting up

i noticed you still have your original oil pan. you must have the axle pretty far forward. i still have mine on my 3.0 but im still running into some small issues. it was hard to pack everything in there with how low my truck is and still using leaf springs. everything clears pretty well?

Yeah, everything clears fine with the front flexed (climbing) and the front tires just kiss the front bumper with the rear suspension flexed. My rig sits pretty high, especially with the 42s.

Don does get paid to do this. He has a shop in Stockton.

BTW Don, Marlin was totally impressed with your work today. He was at my booth totally stoked on how and what you did with the rig. I even heard of someone else wanting to have you build a cage for them.
