Topic: engine code ??

blinks 12x 4.5 second pause then 12x.4.5 pause over and over. my chilton says nothing about a 12. unless iam not reading it right. i'm going to try it one more time after work.
any one have any ideas?

OK check this out
yesterday i went to Toyota to see if they could help me with my code. the only thing they could come up with was that it was displaying a all clear(no code) code. how can that be, if i drive for 1 min my check engine light comes on. then i asked if they could help with my vacuum lines. i just put in a new motor so my lines aren't perfect yet. they couldn't help me with that either. oh well.
so after work i went into town to pick a few things up. on my way home i stopped by starbuckx to get wifey a drink. 10 feet before the window my truck started sputtering then popping, misfiring and died. of course it wouldn't start back up so i got a push to the parking lot.
dead alt. got a new one put it in. and now so far no check engine light.
crazy huh.
