Roof rack was cut in half and sleeved back together to fit on top of my 1988 4Runner. It has two driving lights attached on it and will be included. The rack could use a good coat from the rattle can. It was mounted straight to the roof of the rear stock top with bolts, washers and bushings. It has no floor board ... see attached pictures for more detail ... Rack is located in Santa Clara, Ca. 95054
