Rollin rollin rollin...this one is a PITA!
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

You gotta put a jack under it where is its bowing...get all your measurements looking good and fishmouth the frame inside and out with some diamond shaped plates.  Weld any cracks before hand.  The cracks will need to be cleaned and ground out a bit to remove and rust before welding.  Then grind the frame smooth again for the braces.

Before you weld the cracks drill a small hole at the end of the crack. Even if you weld the crack, but dont drill the hole's the crack's will continue to grow.

:shakehead:That pic aint so good. Do ya have any more that arent so blurred. All I can tell from this pic is that you have a big tire next to a front fender or somthing. I there a back half to this thing or is that tire leaned next to something.
Hug your kids, pray for a soldier, and don't sweat the small stuff.

since we got all these bamma peoples in here, Im wondering if anyone around has a solid front axle they wanna sell, maybe even scarboy? sounds like your going full width, need some extra cash for your build, let me know about your front axle, Im in pensacola fl area and am looking for a way to get away from my IFS, got brand new tires and dont want to eat them due to alignment, let me know, thanks, matt
Sand, what fun, drop pressure to 12psi, stock tires are still digging, can't afford to get stuck, 8psi, still not working. Find a place to GET OUT, air up, un-lock hubs,  WAIT whats this, hubs are UN-LOCKED already. 2wd, 8psi, stock tires, Oregon sand dunes.
