82 4Wd pu transfer
« on: Aug 26, 2006, 04:09:19 PM »
:headscratch:Can someone please tell me where is the filling hole for a 82 4Wd PU transfer? I just bought it and want to fill the transfer. Also the rear axle filling nut is rounded, damaged beyond repair, any tools to remove damaged bolts? Thanks for the help.

Ez outs work for broken bolts, should work the same for rounded off bolts. Check Sears or you can get a set from the Snap off man

Ok I had to look at a image, looking from the rear of your tcase just to the right of your speedometer cable you should see either a resessed plug or a nut. This would be your fill plug.
