Question about viewing threads
« on: Dec 21, 2003, 01:15:30 PM »
Guys, is there a way to make the threads with the most recent posts move to the top of the list? I looked for an option to do this under my profile, but didn't see anything.

They should be at the top when you log in. And it will say new next to them

Hmmm, weird. When I go to "Tech Support" the are two threads at the top that are not marked "new", yet they stay at the top. Maybe they are stickied and the word "sticky" doesn't show up. But then there are a few new threads, then one that isn't, and so on.

scott.475,

You are correct, those threads that seem to stay at the top are "sticky" topics, and are noted with a "sticky icon". Also, they might have a which is a "sticky and locked icon".

But besides those, any newly posted thread will always move to the top of the list regardless if you are logged in or out.

Regards,
BigMike
