Registration coming at ya tomorrow Mike. I was going to offer to lead the "Tag" along crew again but looks like you're heading up early this year. I will either head up Wednesday or Thursday morning.

Hey Mike you should camp with the rest of the gang at the Placerville KOA.  That's where a bunch of us are heading Thursday afternoon.

We need a Bay Area Leader for Friday... I'm heading up Thursday and so far I have ROCKBAIT signed up to join

Yes, as far as I know you are hooking up with us as we swing by. If things go smoothly we should be out there by Tues., maybe sooner, we will stay in the Fresno area on Tues- Wed. and head up to the Placerville KOA from there.
FFC, do we know if Bubba and/or UncJ have gotten their tix yet? They were looking at coming in early Thur., we could possibly head out Thur. afternoon to get part of the way there.

MrsW, the plan as far as I know it is for me or BD to pick up the boys (bubba and uncj) and head from there to the KOA.  UncJ got the time off, I'm not sure if he got his tix yet.  BUBBA hasn't said anything about having the tickets yet.  I'll be havin some folks follow me up on Thursday from my area, possibly to be staying at KOA as well.

:psss: UncJ and BUBBA... What say you?

OK, we'll probably already be at the KOA or will meet you there. Yotaboy79 will be there about then too unless he ends up coming in earlier. Rockscrambler is caravaning with us to the KOA as well.
We should be the official Placerville KOA caravan. Whoever wants to meet there can get with us.
As it gets closer we'll know more as to when we are leaving.

Sounds great to me.  Since I'm the Thursday caravan coordinator, I'm tellin everyone who contacts me that we're staying at the KOA in Placerville on Thursday night.  If they want to head up ahead they can, or they can make reservations and stay there with us.  Then we'll hit the road EARLY Friday morning

:woohoo: I'm gettin all psyched up just talkin bout it :gap:

:woohoo: that ROCKS Mini!!! Will you be coming up on Thurs? Staying over?
It will be way cool to be able to hook up with a bunch of people at the KOA the day before. Things get crazy on the trail and you miss so many people that were there.
I know we'll all have our own spots where we are depending on the what you are staying in, but we'll all have to have a central place to do a night before BBQ and you are all invited to the LBC!

1) I'M leaving Tuesday morning(or whenever I hookup with MR and Mrs W)
2) I don't know where  :inthedark: I'm going  :dunno:
3) we are come through your town first  :driving:

LRS, last year I was told by one of the Marlin crew that the closest campground to the shop would be the Visalia/Fresno S. KOA   http://www.koa.com/where/ca/05180/

I just checked on this campground. It is 40 miles from the shop :hammerhead: there has got to be something closer then that!

Last year we stayed at the shop but this year we will find a campground, hopefully there is something closer! Well there is always Walmart.

OK I found Yosemite Trailer and RV Park. It's about 6 mi. from the shop. It's all full 50 amp hookup with mostly extended stay sites. I'll call later and find out if we'll be able to stay there for a few days.

LRS, you can't tent camp there but I'm sure we can stuff you in a side comparment for the night :disturbed:

If I cant do the north bay caravan I can lead some sort of friday evening or night run that goes all the way in if that would be needed for some latecomers.  We could me at the icehouse turnout or something :dunno: or somewhere off of 50 in sac
