Hood Latch No Worky?
« on: Feb 21, 2006, 05:36:25 AM »
Alright, here is a dumb question and I could probably figure it out if I spent some time looking it over.  Went to pop the hood the other day and nothing happened, I think the cable snaped that releases the hood.  My question is, how do I get it to release without destroying the hood?

I've purchased some hood pins for it so I won't have to worry about it anymore.

you can slide a skinny screw driver in there and flip it, you see were the cable stops? just follow the cable and you will see were you can slide it to pop it. I've had to do it with every 82 i've bought, they seam to all be rusted.
I'd like to quit thinking of the present as some minor insignificant preamble to something else~~~~~
