Help need lower rear bed panels For toy

Hey looking for new bed panels rear lower ( behind back tires), they would be for jap bed,  84 to 88 toyota pickup 4x4. Appaerently no one makes these any more. Any insight would appreciated Thanks

I'm sure somebody does, but wouldn't know who.  Have you tried calling body shops and ask them where to get them?

if you can get access to a brake its not terribly difficult to fab one up for yourself

I have a tapco pro3 but I dont see it bending sheet metal. It has been primarilly used for aluminum trim

18-20 ga steel would work fine for rear sheet... dont know the specs of your bender but i would guess it would work for lighter ga steel

Those parts have compound curves: how ya gonna make that with a sheet metal brake? :hammerhead: 

My current bed has a quarter panel replacement/repair panel installed that somebody must have repaired before I got it. I think they stopped carrying them after these vehicles became 10 years old. In any case the few body shop supply houses I've contacted don't carry them now.

A shop in PA called B&G Fiberglass builds what looks like nice fiberglass beds if you want to go that route. . There's also, toyotafiberglass.com up in BC Canada. They make f/g o/e style bed sides. -- Matt

 Used  http://.alfaparts.net  and was unhappy with the metal they sent me, it was short and worthless, 100.00 bucks for nothing special, In fact I could have made the bends they performed on a flat piece of steel.:censored:
