Heres some good info to know about what should be level when positioning the motor. Its NOT the upper plenum like I was told. What you should level to is the PS cap / reservior.
Heres some pictures of a stock tacoma in relation to motor placement / rotation. Crossmember and PS cap / reservior is level, Upper Plenum is ~ 3 1/2 degrees rotated down to the passenger side.
