Steering box adjuster

First found loose at MCR3.  Cranked it down, and it's loose again!  Anybody got any ideas?

Sorry.  Sector shaft adjusting screw.  Went to NAPA store and bought - 012 o-ring, copper washer, nyloc 10x1.25 nut.  O-ring fits inside washer, nyloc seals screw.  Leak seems to be held at bay for now.  don't know how long it will stay tight....
