I run the Toyos and I am extremely impressed with them. However they are EXTREMELY heavy tires. More weight = more drivetrain strain. I also ran MTR's for a short time, and I was very impressed witht he exception of MUD, however I didnt have the ponies to spin the tires enough to clean.

I daily drive my rig everywhere, and the Toyos are very quiet for such an aggressive tread design, and my 94 SAS's truck handles like a dream on pavement.

If I ever move to a more dryer cilmate (Im in Alaska)  I will be running 37" MTR"S because they are a bargain comapred to the toyos, and they have 12.50 width instead of my super wide 13.50 toyos on 8" rims!  Can you say bead!!!
