Nice build up thread man, looks awsome, I love the way 3rd gens look with SAS.
Rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

The next step was to install dual cases with stock gears in both. I wanted to keep the bench seat and still be able to slide it forward. That way my wife could reach the pedals if she wanted to do some wheelin. I modified the rear t-case lever to move it forward as far as possible, which was 5". I used some scrap rod that was laying around.

4WD-LOW, perfect fit, nice and tight. I'm not worried about it rubbing on the cab because of the Front Range Off Road crossmember (which is a very sweet product  )

I formed this plate out of aluminum to make a tunnel for the shift rod. Made sure to make it all bolt on for easy removal.

All back together. It would almost look factory if i would of had a grey boot! The best part is i can slide the seat forward about 3"-4". Just enough for wifey to drive.  I'm not sure if thats a good thing tho :headscratch:

 Very clean job so far. I like how you have kept the truck in its good condition while at the same time doing the SAS and duals.

Thanks Rocks, its a daily driver and i think the cleaner it is the more reliable it will be.

I needed a front bumper for my winch but i didn't want to use the smitty off the old truck. So i chose marlins DOM front and rear bumpers.

The quality of the bumpers is awesome! Another sweet product from  :turtle: !

I just really need to get this truck on the trails, SOON!! Been busy gettin my toy built and lately helping my friend get his runner trail worthy! It will be sweet when its done! I envy the room inside the runners!

This is his build  :yesnod:  http://board.marlincrawler.com/index.php?topic=14309.0

Got the bump stops in finally! I made them out if 2"x3/16" wall square tube with 2 1/2" X 1/4" laser cut plates for the bump pads. I set them up so the springs go flat. There is alot more up travel available but i would rather loose a little flex than damage the springs by going negative arch!
