Ok, I have a game we can play with Google Earth called "Where am I?". Someone will pick a location and then you guys need to figure out where that person is. I will start it off with an easy location (for those that have been there) so you can get the idea how it works and then someone else can pick a spot once somebody figures out where I am. Here are the some guidlines:
01. Pick your location and put a placement pin on the location you want identified.
02. Tell everyone what you want located like, city, trail, landmark, building, etc., etc,.
03. Post the 1st picture, make it as vague as possible and only show the placement pin. Now let some people ask a few questions and hints.
04. Post the 2nd picture, just zoom out enough to show more features of the area, make sure no location locaters pop in.
05. If you are in a city next post lodging, if none show up or the location doesn't have any move on to 06.
06. Post some landmark, school, building, resturant and so on.
07. Post street names. If you want us to name a street then just blur it out with your tool tip, or instead of the street names post the sate, county, city, or the longitude and latitude, so on and so on.
For my location I think that by this many hints someone should figure out where I am, but I think 10 good hints should be enough to find you, but we'll see. I imagine some of these places nobody will figure out. Anyways I wil now post my first image for you all to see and figure out, "Where Am I?".
One thing I almost forgot, don't forget to blur out the logitude and latitude at the bottom. If you don't someone will find you real fast.
