ok,  i got the 85 springs,  they were perfectly flat ,  then i took them apart,  the top 2 leafs have the military wrap  so inbetween thos 2 i put a shortened chevy s10 leaf,  then the bottom 2 leafs from the F150 spring pack, now when i lay a straight edge from eye to eye  its 5 inches to the center pin

i noticed one of the grade 8 bolts i used in my springs had broke, so i went to town and got a box of grade 10 tie bolts,  i replaced one of your fronts today,  and will get the others the same tomorrow if its not storming

front springs have a 5 inch arch
rears are 7 1/2  but they have less leafs  so they will be softer

I was just wondering how I could position 14" shocks in the rear to use the full travel ( of coarse thats if my suspension gives 14" ) I dont know if Im being clear enough :dunno:

Pablo, thats why your supposed to install the suspension and flex it out to see what travel you have :slap:  but with the right shackles  you'll get there

Well dont forget that Im not an expert on this kind of things all I know is that I love wheeling, I love yotas and I may not know how to tear apart a t-case but I can tell the difference between mud, rocks, and sand ;)
