u shouldnt have to realign the doors, the bolt holes arent slotted, mine just go right back on in about 5 mins, i think if u keep pullin that pin out, u'll wear it out real quick, not sure though

slot the top bolt hole on each hinge(on the cab not the doors) then when you pull the doors all you have to do is pull the lower bolts and loosen the uppers and voila!

Yup thats the way I did mine.  The only thing that I did different is I cut the top halr of the upper hole on the lower hinge  off straight across instead of slotting it as I did the upper hinge hole.  When the lower is slotted like the upper it is a biotch to re-install the doors.  With the lower cut off you just drop the door onto the upper slot and it falls into place.

hey, are you guys talking about slotting the door side or the cab side of the hinge? I was thinking it would be easier to pull the pin, then drill it for a cotter pin to hold it in place...if you stay with the stock pin, does it still get saggy?

what about www.tankota.com's modified hinges ???
I had good luck with them.
I sold them though cause my doors are full power
and trying to make a connecter for all those wires
would be a real PITA :yesnod:

Slot the door side of the hinge.  If you've ever tried to mount a full door yourself you'll understand why its way easier to just slot the hinge instead of using a pin to hold the doors on.  I have a cheap 12mm wrench that I cut the open end off of so it fits in my ash tray.  I just open the door loosen the bolts and knock the pin out of the door limiter thingamajig and away they go.

At the moment he is no longer making them, but he does give instructions on how to do it yourself on his bulletin board.
