Today i ordered up ram/lines/and fittings for hydro assist. Also ordered up a tranny cooler from summit to run on the return line, and now i needed to get the box tapped sometime next week and extend my power steering reservoir for more capacitiy. All together its going to cost me under 180$

"The kit runs 53 and includes priority shipping.
All I need is the year, model and check sent to

It was well worth all the time spent. Got the skidplate done, a little dirty from greenhorn last sunday but here it is. Cut up the old transfercase mounts to bolt it on and basicly made it like fror. Havent tested it on any rocks yet. By the way greenhorn was pretty fun. I have never seen so many rigs in one place ever.

He if you haven't put the lines on the cooler yet they are a real pregnant dog to get on all the way.  i tried pushing and pulling them for awhile.  got them on barely enough for the clamp to go on.  i had the cooler already on the radiator, you might try and put the lines on before you install the cooler.  they are also really hard to get onto the resuvoir and pump fittings.

Oh hell ya. I was in 4wheel drive going up and down my street :) I drove down to DMV and i was flexing up the light posts just to test it out. Haha i love it i could flex with just one hand on the wheel and have total control.

My first attemp to drive it i had a return hose from the tranny cooler rubbing on the pully and it cut a hole in it and i had ATF spewwing everywhere in the engine bay! I lost my steering and i though my steering box died. But it didnt

Drilled, tapped and rebuilt the steering box. It all works great but there is an odd spot thats leaking on the steering box.

Ram Mounted. Should be plenty strong. Instead of just welding the tabs to the tie-rod i made a bolt on mount so if it ever needs to be adjusted it can.

I welded 2 resivoirs together for more capacity

Tranny cooler on the return mounted behind the grill on the radiator

Pump dosent make any noise so its getting enouph fluid. I noticed that when i drive it on the street i dont get any bump steer anymore. Its so nice i wish i would have done it sooner. I just need to fix the leaks now. Tested it out a little in 4wd and i have no problems turning the wheel when im up against something. Cant wait to test it on the trail.
