How to post pics?

I have the digi pics in my computer (picture it) but how do I get them on to a post.  Sorry for the dumb question but I just cant figure it out and every one knows   :worthless:

Ok, just posted a pic yipi skipi.  But how do you get the pics down to 90kb?  The pic I posted above was 1.04 mb and did have some tires and wheels in it.  How do I do this and not just get the corner of the pic?  Oh yea im using Picture It.
