couldn't have said it better myself BigMike! It was great meeting you and getting a chance to chat with you at dinner (even if Cali Oranges do taste like piss water :eyebrow: )

I guess it takes a bunch of fruits to be able to produce a good crop of fruit

guess Mike's right then, Cali sure knows its fruits and nuts for that matter. And, apparently, it's happy cows.

 we are indeed the fruit capital now too! In fact,  :psss: last I heard tell, Orlando has more fruits, per capita, thanks to Dizzy World, then any place else, in the states at least. IN YER FACE SAN FRANCISCO!  :headscratch: wait, that's not a point of pride   :_oops:   :lipsrsealed:

We better get off on another Willy Mammoth adventure before this thread gets any more :offtopic:

We went to the Rock Garden, about 2 hours N. of us, just N. of Ocala, with Instagator and some Jeep boys from Miami (orginally from Venezula) yesterday and had a blast!!! Not only was it muddy, there was actually elevation to this terrain! It used to be some sort of mining area. Proabably limestone.

It was crazy out there! The only thing crazier then mud rompin' is mud rompin' on extreme inclines!! What a blast. I was SO exhausted.

Rather then suck up another seat cover, I climbed most of the extreme ones to get some pictures and mpg video with the digital, but it doesn't do justice to the extreme of the inclines.

By the end of the ride, after seeing MrW with the front tires a few feet of the ground a couple times with no major adverse outcome, I was feeling a lot more confident about launching skyward.

A great time was had  by all! MrW will have pics/video up shortly...

Here are the pictures we have of the trip to the Rock Garden, Not much for rocks, but lots of muddy hill climbs. There wern't any Yotas out there unless you consider my jeep to be a Yota in spirt and low gears don't do any good if you can't get a grip. Lots of power, tire speed lots of skill and a little luck is needed to make it to the top.

Will post up some video links as soon as I have a chance to edit them.

I had a blast!! Mr. & Mrs WM are some great people. Actually everyone there was awsome! Here are the pictures I took. Some of those climbs made my but cheeks clinch so much I think I lost my butt-hole.  :sheerterror:  Not sure if going up the steep inclines were worse than coming down the near sheer drops.

Looks like the pics from the Nissan4x4 site are getting cropped on this site. YOu can view them better at their origin

(but pay heed to the thread title: New mall (not dial friendly) so view at your own risk :disturbed: )

http://nissan4wheelers.com/groupee/forums/a/tpc/f/119603133/m/86510351821

Gator, we had such a great time. Hopefully my butt will unclench enough to poot before I explode.

Going down wasn't a problem for us, we just put it in 4-low and creeped down, but you can't creep up these though! It was balls to the walls to get up 'em. But most everybody did a (fairly) controlled slide downhill!

Gator, the kid (was the kid your son?) probably got better video then our mpgs, I would love to see that.

Actually, the kid is my little brother. He got some good video but sometimes they were cut short do to the "run for your life" events that follow those climbs and decents.  :scared:  I'll be working on that today and will get you a copy this week.
