Urgent: Raffle Donations Needed

Due to the initial challenges and delays faced this year in the unfortunate passing of our founder, Marlin, the event was nearly cancelled multiple times. But the hardworking crew at the Rubicon Trail Foundation (RTF) made it a point to ensure the event goes on so we may honor the lasting legacy that Marlin left for us all.

In light of this, we are reaching out to respected and valued businesses to invite them to take part in this extraordinary event that makes a lasting impact on both our community and the renowned Rubicon Trail.

The Round Up not only celebrates our passion for adventure but also serves as a meaningful way to give back to the off-road community.

If you can think of a worthy business who may be interested in contributing to the RTF through a raffle product of gift card donation, then please reply with their Name & Contact Info so we may send them a proper donation request letter ASAP. So far we have reached out to over 100 companies but are eager to find new contacts outside our normal wheelhouse. The RTF is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible.

The event is only one month away so time is of the essence. So far we have over 100 vehicles registered in the very short amount of time... It's gonna be another great Round Up!!
