25mm pins in a Six Shooter steering arm
« on: Mar 25, 2021, 10:52:02 PM »
I am looking to upgrade my 76 FJ40 front axle knuckles with the TG Six Shooter knuckles and arms and want to use the Marlin 25mm pin upgrade kit as well.  Is there a good shop I can send the TG arms to have the center hole reamed out?  I am in the Sacramento area.  I do not have a mill available to do the work myself.

What are you planning to be doing that either mod wouldn’t be sufficient on its own?

I put the 25mill trunnion kit in my six shooters. One of my buddies has a machine shop in Sand city ,California so he hooked me up. But any machine shop should be able to do that it’s pretty simple process.

The six studs only make the steering arm stronger if you have for Hydro steering or hard-core rock crawling you can still break the trunnion pin
