Is it possible to put L45 Gbox to G52 Bellhousing

Hi,

I have a 1981 Toyota Pickup with an L45 4 Speed 4x4 Gearbox and was wondering if it's possible to mate my gearbox to a G52 bellhousing without any modifications.

Has anyone ever done this or knows if it would work?
