Topic: 18R engine, L40 gearbox to L50?

Hi!

Newcomer from Norway .. 

My problem is not to Crawl, but get some speed.  Hope this is not like swearing in here..

I got a 1979 Hiace 18R engine with L40 gearbox. (4gear) Anyone tried to mount the L50 (5 gear) on that engine?

As far as i can see, i need to cut the drive shaft and move the clutch sylinder. That should work fine..

Ill try to put out som picture when i figure out how to...
