I just had a rebuilt motor put in, motor was from 22re Performance, but no one has been able to get the thing to run right. First place had it idling excessivly high, second place replaced the TPS and it ran worse with a terrible idle almost like it was about to die, this last mechanic seemed to have imporved the idle but now it seems to have lost all it power and there is a muffled/fluttering sound like you would hear on an older motor when giving it gas.....any help would be much appreciated.
