got ya, well to help with your question.
timing kit, along with the fan bracket assembly
fan clutch
oil cooler on side of block, replace seals and use oem seals
while its out replace the knock sensors under the plenium/intake, sometimes the wires are dried and cracked out as well
and these do have a tendency to get seeping headgaskets around 200,000+, however Id wait and run it and handle it if it ever comes
