I didn't know if I should put this in Rig Gallery or here, so I'll just put it here! Just got back from a small trip up the mountain, got a few cool shots. Here's one    :

Nice rig... what rear leafs are you running and what amount of lift do they provide?
The reason I ask is that this is all I get from my Deavers:

'03 Step side Pre-runner, F/R 4WU 3 linked, F/R Diamond axles, F/R ARB's w/5.29's, F/R Fox 12" CO's, ShrockWorks front bumper, self made rear bumper, WARN M8000S w/ remote, 4.7 Inchworm Lefty, MC sliders that hold air & a bunch of other stuff.

Hey Ritchie, I appreciate it. The rear leafs are OG All-Pro 4 inch springs, with 4 inch shackles. Unfortunately, All-Pro was acquired by Trail Gear, so I am not able to vouch for the new product. If you could find some pre-Trail Gear springs, I would buy them in a second. These springs rock. They'd flex more if I trimmed more sheet metal, not sure how long the leafs would last  :gap:

Wow, long day. While airing up from last night's escapade, I finished my last tire, went to unhook and shut off my ARB air compressor and the orange ARB air line blew out while my face was about 2 feet away.

No damage other than hearing loss for ~1 hour, as there was full pressure within the line. After trying to cobble the ARB air chucks onto some parts store air line, I realized you can just cut the line and remake it, much like a compression fitting. With that out of the way, I loaded up and headed for the mountain tops. Although infrequently maintained dirt, the road isn't rough by any means. I never used 4WD and I hit the 'hardest' possible lines. In fact, I drove the whole way to the trail head with the hubs locked, and only while airing down did I realize :smack: . Although not a technical trail, it's still a worthwhile trip. It's about 20 degrees cooler at the top of the trail vs my house. The current temperature down here, at almost 12AM, is today's high temp for the peak  :shocking:

Pardon the grain on the pictures, but they were actually very low light. The last two were extremely dark. The 30 mile drive down the mountain was pretty terrible. Got stuck behind some dork in a new Honda who couldn't manage to stay in between the lines whilst never going over the embarrassing 45 mph speed limit. Meanwhile I'm in a 34 year old solid axle Toyota, pretty much tailgating them the whole way in hopes they'd take one of the 40 available scenic/slow traffic pullouts. Of course, they didn't.

Just got back from a 110 mile circle through the mountains. Nothing too exciting, just air down and pretend to be Ivan Stewart. I did accidentally jump the 4Runner at about 40 MPH...came into a dip way too fast and by the time I saw the front end in the air, I knew it was a bit too late to slow down :disturbed: . We grabbed dinner, and while airing up my last tire, the ARB hose blew out again :shakehead: These fire road shakedowns are fun, but eventually I'm planning to get into some rocks.
