Dual T Case and Trans Fluid
« on: Jul 01, 2019, 07:50:21 AM »
Hey guys
Sorry for posting these rookie question:

Im about to swap my G-series trans for a W56, my current setup is 1982 4” lift with G52 dual cases. I’m swapping out the transmission by myself in my driveway, I’m trying to minimize gear oil spilling all over. My questions are:

Are the trans and T-case gear oil reservoirs connected?
Are the dual case gear oil reservoirs connected
Will I be able to drop my T-Cases separate from my Trans? Want to drop the t cases first to lighten up the weight.

Thanks in advance and have a Happy 4th!!!
