I thought I was really rocking and rolling through this first reassembly of a 4.70 Marlin Box with MC 11 T360 and 4.0-4CX adapters until I was flipping through the parts box and found.......
AN EXTRA PART
Anyone recognize it? I'm thinking it may be a spacer ring for the bearing assembly at the tcase splines (the gears of this assembly currently shift in and out of the bearing inner race slightly as you tip the housing back and forth), HOWEVER, I don't want to start throwing parts at it without a little confirmation from someone with experience in this area.
If it is a spacer, does it go on the HD snap ring-side of the bearing, or further inside the case?
Exploded views would also work great - I just need a little direction before I tear this all down to the casings again
